Isolde keeps notes about what matters to you, so you never have to start from the beginning. You can see and change those notes at any time.

Questions
Before you begin.
Is Isolde a real person?
No. Isolde is an AI coaching companion, created by me and shaped by my books, programmes and approach. She is not a therapist, counsellor, doctor or crisis service, and she doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice.
Do I need to know my Human Design already?
Not at all. Add your birth date, time and place and Isolde works out your chart. She'll explain anything you're curious about, in plain language.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Your conversations are stored securely for your account and nobody reads them. You can delete your account and everything in it whenever you like. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what's kept and who helps run the app.
How do I sign in?
Enter the email you joined with and we'll send you a sign-in link. No passwords to remember. You can use Isolde on your phone, tablet or computer.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings in the app and choose Cancel membership. No more payments are taken, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
